What is ULTEM™ 9085 Filament?
ULTEM™ 9085 Filament is Markforged’s first heat-resistant material only capable of being used on the Markforged FX20. Its strong, flame-retardant properties make it ideal for applications that must withstand high temperatures, including high-temperature tooling, aircraft interior panels, custom tubing, and other production tools.
When should you use it?
The new Markforged ULTEM™ 9085 Filament is particularly suitable for high-temperature toolmaking or other composite shapes.
